The BENEFIT (Benefit Evaluation | Network Exploration | Find gaps | Improve Together) assessment process uses expert elicitation to identify strengths and gaps within Arctic observing systems. The online tool translates expert input into powerful visualizations of system performance and identifies opportunities for value generation.
